Shipping policy

Green Dot Labs (clothing/hats etc) shipments will leave our warehouse within three business days of each in stock, paid order.

Most shipments under 13oz, incl. packaging, will ship USPS first class package, larger than that will normally be UPS ground service unless an express service is selected at check out . 

Battery orders ship UPS ground from Colorado, no PO boxes, no express options. 

All Halen quartz products will be shipped UPS or Priority Mail.  Be prepared to respond directly to UPS if they call you or leave a post card upon a delivery attempt, we can not act as the go between. Use their tracking and plan accordingly.

Once shipped transit times via UPS and USPS are normally 1-6 business days based on distance. We cannot guarantee USPS or UPS service levels. 

You will be supplied tracking numbers and can use usps.com or ups.com to check your order once it has left our warehouse.  
Once your order has shipped we cannot change the delivery address. 

Shipments may be delayed in both carriers' systems without notice due to extreme  e-commerce volumes and shorthanded operations due to COVID restrictions.  Green Dot Labs has no control over either of these situations.
